3D Model Missing Parts

I was testing a 3D model yesterday (October 16th) and my model looked good. I updated the BETA this morning (October 17th) and now my model is missing some pieces. Please see image attached. I have circled the missing pieces.

      OK, so I continued to work on the file and the missing parts suddenly appeared.
