3D Object does not absorb light / is pitch black

I have created a project in version 23.6. After updating to 24.0, the inserted 3D object (.glb) is no longer displayed correctly: it turns deep black. I assume this has something to do with the Mercury 3D renderer. Does anyone have the same problem?

I finally got a chance to test this scenario again. It is fixed in the latest Ae beta build.
