After Effect Beta : Echec de l'installation

Bonjour,

J'avais installé After Effect Beta, qui fonctionnait parfaitement bien. Mais en faisant la mise à jour récemment, il n'a plus fonctionné. J'ai donc désinstallé, et tenté de ré-installer à plusieurs reprises, mais l'installation échoue à chaque fois peu avant 90%.

Il y a des projets pros que j'ai créés avec After Effect Beta, il est indispensable que je puisse travailler de nouveau avec la version Beta.

Auriez-vous une solution à m'apporter ?

Effectivement, j'ai téléchargé et j'ai pu installer la dernière version Beta d'After Effects ce matin, et super, ça marche !

Hi @L22764968iiky,

Thank you for reporting this issue. There have been intermittent errors when installing on M1 Macs over the last week or so, but a fix is now in place in the latest Beta version 23.1.0.25. Please try downloading that build and let us know if you continue to have this issue installing. Before attempting to install, be sure you have closed any Adobe application ( other than Creative Cloud ) and also close Maxon Cinema 4D if you have it running.

Without actual system info and the rtelevant excerpts from teh logs we can't tell you much. The installer stopping at around 90% typically means that there is a process it can't stup or a file in use and thus it can never finish. Check here and provide the pertinent info:

Merci pour votre réponse. Voici quelques infos de mon système :

MacOC Monterey   Version 12.6

MacBook Pro (14 pouces, 2021)

Puce Apple M1 Pro

Mémoire 16 Go

Nombre total de cœurs : 10 (8 performance et 2 efficacité)

 

Je ne trouve pas le dossier "Installers", qui devrait se trouver dans le répertoire /Library/Logs/Adobe.

Cependant, dans le répertoire /Library/Logs/Adobe/Adobe After Effects (Beta), j'ai un fichier qui s'appelle "UXPLogs_2022-09-23_10-29-54_504438". Peut-il aider ? Je le met en pièce jointe. Je ne sais pas si cela correspond  au test d'installation...
