After Effects Beta 2023 crushing project closes 20 seconds after opening

Hi. To use 3D objects, I created a project in After Effects Beta and rendered it. When I open the project again today, it closes within 20 seconds without any error messages.

I've cleared the cache completely, my GPU driver is up to date, all adobe programs are up to date.

The project must be changed, but I cannot open the project. What should I do?

Managing same issue when I try on another computer. Maybe because of the font. I have this problem only in this project, other projects are opened (projects without 3D objects). I did the GPU option as you said.

For now caps lock seems to have solved my problem. I downgraded to previous version. I'll use it as it works for now and update it to the latest version. I'll test that too. Thank you

Thanks. A few things:

1. Running 23.5x45 Beta, I am able to open the project. Make sure you're on the latest Beta version.

2. It looks like you're using the SF Pro font in this project. There are some known crashes in AE with that font. Check to see if you have multiple versions of that font installed, or try uninstalling it and see if that helps keep the project open for you.

3. The rendering mode is Mercury Software, not sure if that's what you want? Might want to switch the Rocket icon to GPU.

I sent it privately because ı can't share it with everyone.

Try using the Caps Lock key to stop rendering as the project is opening. You may be able to turn off the Mercury 3D engine or remove effects, etc. and then turn the Caps Lock key back off to try rendering again.

Are you able to share the project and source files so we can attempt to repro the crash?
