After Effects color inconsistencies– no way to get color parity

I'm having trouble getting After Effects to output consistent color that matches the Composition window. It doesn't matter if I toggle off Display Managed Color, or add a QT Gamma Compensation LUT during the export process. I've tried all different codecs. All of my exports look low-contrast and have a different gamma than what i'm creating in the program. Is adobe working on this? What can be done???
