Bug: Center anchor point in layer content
Steps to reproduce:
- Select a layer whose anchor point is not at its center.
- Layer > Transform > Center anchor point in layer content
Result: Anchor point does move to the center of the layer, but the layer's position changes dramatically, moving to a different area of the comp. This behavior has been present in the last several versions of the beta.
Expected: In After Effects v22, this command moves the anchor point, but the layer stays put.
