Hello, I made a very simple video using Mercury 3D , but when I render it using After Effects itself, it says an error with code 1, and when I use Media Encoder (beta), the video is rendered like this, what is the solution? I even deleted the plugins that I put in the video, but it also gave me the same result

Thanks for the video. It's helpful.

It would still be most helpful to get the project file from you. Choose File > Dependencies > Collect Files. Make sure Collect Source Files (at top) is set to All. When the project is collected, zip up the folder it creates and send that to me as a DM, or share it using whatever file sharing service you prefer (Dropbox, WeShare, Google Drive, Creative Cloud files, etc.).

I do not know how to share the project exactly, but this is a video capture from the after effects itself, and as for updates, I am using the latest versions "23.4" and the same thing with Media Encoder Beta.

Hi @Omar Farrag ,

Thank you for filing this report.

Can you share the After Effects project and media files with us so that we could try to reproduce the problem?

Which versions of After Effects Beta and Adobe Media Encoder Beta are you using? Please note: when using Adobe Media Encoder with After Effects Beta, you must be using a matching Beta version of Adobe Media Encoder.

If you're unable to share the project, please post more details about the 3D models being used and the structure of the comp. Screenshots of the After Effects project would be helpful.
