impossibe to open and read an MPEG2 file. or h264.

hello.

after effect simply crash when trying to play a mpeg2 or h264 file.

it crash when just double clicking on it to view it.

it crash when > after creating a composition with it by draging it on a new comp > then trying to scrub the time line.

this is happening this morning after i did the UPDATE suggested .  as of today 29/11/2023  10:08 am french local time.

the minute before I did the update, same file in the project I was working with work working perfectly.
