Installation failed

Yesterday I wanted to update Adobe After Effects (beta), but the installation failed. It also uninstalled the old version. I uninstalled the whole Adobe Creative Cloud, and installed it again, but it (the AE Beta version install) still fails.

Attached is the error log.

I could work with the normal version of After Effects, but then my files won't open and I have to start all over.

What can I do? Anybody else experiencing this problem?
