Latest update corrupt

Hi John.  Just launched released AE for the first time as I had it updated but not launched as of yet.  Now Beta 23.4 opens just fine. 

Hi yes. I installed the release version and other app updates that came out. Haven’t launched it yet though as i don’t use it. I did reboot system as well. I will launch release today and see what happens. Should i uninstall CC and reinstall it?

Have you been able to install the 23.3 update for the release version? I'm suspecting an issue with the Creative Cloud app and I've asked that team for insight on troubleshooting. Have you logged out/back in, and rebooted the system?

Hi, thank you. I've been using Beta for quite a few months now and have been loving it. I'm using an M1 mac studio. This is the first time I've ever had an issue with an update. This particular update 23.4 just doesn't seem to want to install for some reason. Any thoughts on that? I have uninstalled and installed it several times without success. If I go back and install the previous version, it works just fine.
