OCIO effect does not work on Mac version in Japanese environment.

There is no problem with OCIO settings in color management, but in the Japanese environment of the Mac version, a Unicode error occurs when trying to use OCIO for effects.

This can be avoided by starting OS and Ae in English mode; the Windows version has no problem in Japanese environment.
