Ive been trying to make this video and then render then video but everytime i render the video i get these weird green boxes on the video. I already had to make the video shorter because i could not render the video at all if i kept it at the 5min mark, whatever i used it kept crashing.

Anyone know what i seem to be doing wrong ?

It worked now, it told me I reached my daily limit which is weird when I didn't send any DMs

Can you tell me what happens when you try? I can ask the forum admins to investigate. You can also send me an email: <my last name> @ Adobe.com

When i do preview its very slow and usually does not get to the end before crashing, the boxes only start to appear after i try and render the file and then they show up in both

I am using version 24.0.0 (build 6) and this is my graphics card

Hi @Sharkieyy ,

Thank you for filing this bug. What is happening is that the 3D renderer is replacing the 3D model with a placeholder. This is most often a problem with limited VRAM, though we have seen cases where After Effects Beta is not purging the memory properly. We have made many fixes in this area recently.

Does this problem only happen when you are rendering to a file? Or when you are rendering previews? Or both?

Can you please confirm which build of After Effects Beta you are using? Please report the specific build number (ex. 24.0x6) as shown in Help > About After Effects Bet (Windows) or After Effects Beta menu > About After Effects Beta.

What GPU does your machine use, and how much VRAM does it have?

If you are not using the latest build (as of today, 24.0x6), please update and try again.

If the latest build does not fix the problem, could you DM me a link to your project files? The fastest way for us to investigate is if we can download your project and try to reproduce it on our machines.
