System out of memory

I have been testing the new beta V24.4. With a couple of the latest releases, I have noticed my Mac is running out of memory when working in AE for a while (usually less than hour).
Nothing out of ordinary - Simple few 4K layers compositing with Mocha AE masks, tracking with multiple keyframes, blur and grain FX.
I am getting a low RAM memory warning too often or freezing and prompt: "Your system has run out of application memory".
At this stage AE freezes and saving your work may not possible.

Memory problem has never been an issue with any other AE versions.

Prores 4444 original.

No 3rd party plugins.
