Timeline disappears after box selection

Steps to reproduce:  

1.Open a new comp

2. From anywhere under the timeline ruler start a selection and drag the mouse upwards.

    Hey John! Yes, seems like I can't reproduce this when layers exist.

    HI @zsaaro,

     

    Thanks for reporting this. We are able to repro as well and will investigate further. In our repro, this seemed to only happen in an empty composition, can you confirm if that is also what you see?
