Steps to reproduce:
    1. Do something that probably involves saving things, like exporting a mogrt. Or any number of things - this error pops up many times in a day; I just ignore it.

Result:

"Unable to execute script at line 0. After Effects (Beta) error: Can not run a script while a modal dialog is waiting for response." error

Expected:

No error

System info
    Application: After Effects (Beta) v24.6.0.65
OS: Windows v10.0.19045, RAM: 127.91 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 32

Hmmm....I tried removing all the scripts from the ScriptUI Panels folder (quit and relaunched AE), but that made no difference - the error still appeared. I then took out all the files (everything) from the Scripts folder (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects (Beta)\Support Files\Scripts)...and I still get the same error.

Looks like a script is running nearby the actions:

Scripting EvalScriptViaNativeES script:[eval('@JSXBIN@ES@2.0@MyBbyBn0ABgAbyBn0ABJAnAEXzUjGjJjSjFiMjJjWjF]..

Unfortunately it's a JSXBIN one so I'm not sure which script it is, but likely some sort of script UI based panel you have installed. Perhaps see what's installed?

@jenkmeister17177426 Here's the log file; ludicrously, this forum won't let me upload a .txt file, so I've FileMailed it: https://www.filemail.com/d/bbiozlplzsgbreq

Can you enable logging and see what the After Effects Log.txt file reports around this error?
