When the timeline panel is maximized you mess with tracker keyframes, it snaps back to unmaximized

Steps to reproduce:
    1. After tracking with AE's native point tracker, press the grave/tilde key with mouse over the timeline panel to maximize it

    2. Turn off animation for one of the keyframed tracking parameters or paste keyframes from one tracker's  parameters to another. 
Result: Timeline panel pops back down to its normal size
Expected: I can work in the expanded view
