AUDITION GLITCH when deleting a whole waveform the image of it remains in the Editor panel window

new issue with Audition.

If i highlight the whole waveform and delete it, the content is cleared and the scroll bar along the top is emptied, but the main editor window still hase the waveform image in view.

If I hit record this screen then clears and the recording continues, so the content has been deleted, but for some reason this ghost of the waveform remains in the viewing window until I hit record again. This was never an issue before latest update.

This issue also occurs if you undo all the way to the beginnning before recording.

I had the same issue and seeing that the new update fixed this problem was nice - but now I can't playback anything in multitrack. How is your multitrack playback?

Above it says the beta version has a fix and the next release will include it. Whenever that is.

Checking in on this one - it seems like its just started for me

Mac M3 - Audition 25.2.0.123

Selecting waveform and deleting seems to crash Audition. Greys out all tools and menu options such as 'select all'

No - there never is, I'm afraid. The timing depends on a number of things, not the least of them being stability checks under a variety of conditions, all of which take time to process. This is for the versioned release; I believe that the process doesn't need to be so rigorous for beta releases, which is why you will see a fix there first, generally.

I have this exact issue - same version on MAC
