Adobe Bridge 13.0.2 Not Showing Monitor Size Previews in Windows 10

I noticed that in the previous version of Bridge my lower res images previewed at a size that filled my 4K display. Now with this latest version, suddenly these same lower res images are previewing much smaller. Therefore, I made the Preference changes mentioned above, but still the lower res images display as small thumbnails when I press the Spacebar rather than filling the screen.
