Bridge consistently runs into an error when I'm assigning keywords to a large selection of images and applies them to only a part of them. When I try again (once or twice...), eventually it works. I am using the most update version (16.0.8.10) on a pc; I did not have this issue with older versions
I’m experiencing inconsistent right-click behavior in Adobe Bridge. When I right-click an image thumbnail, the context menu sometimes stays open normally, but other times it appears briefly and immediately disappears before I can select a command. This makes right-clicking feel very touchy and unreliable. This issue started well over a month ago, although I can’t pinpoint the exact date. I’m using a Logitech MX Master 4, and right-click works normally elsewhere in macOS and in other applications. The problem only occurs in Bridge.I’ve already tried:Resetting Bridge preferences. Manually deleting Bridge preference files. Downloading and reinstalling Bridge. Resetting the mouse preferences and reinstalling Logi Options+.The issue started on my previous Mac. I initially suspected the mouse, but since I was about to upgrade my computer, I dealt with it until the new machine arrived. The same problem now persists on my new Mac Studio, despite a fresh installation of macOS and all applications
There are two issues I am noticing: The first is some of the images blackout when applying a rating (in this case 5 stars). They will open properly but they go black once you rate them. The second is Bridge is not quitting after opening About Bridge. It needs a Force Quit to get out of this screen.

In Bridge, browse to that folder. Right-click the .CR2 file and choose “Open in Camera Raw”. In the Camera Raw dialog (hosted in Bridge), click “Open”.Expected resultPhotoshop launches (or comes to the front) and opens the image.Actual resultNothing happens. Photoshop does not launch, and no error message is shown. The same thing happens even when Photoshop 2026 is already running.Additional informationIf the folder is renamed without the apostrophe (e.g. hogehoges), the same steps work correctly. Opening the same file directly in Photoshop from Bridge (right-click > Open With > Photoshop) works fine, and Camera Raw hosted in Photoshop opens normally. The apostrophe (‘) is a valid character for folder names on Windows. Alre
Faut-il en déduire que Bridge est limité à des dossiers de +-1 To ?*********************After adding about a hundred files, Bridge would stop responding once it was fully open (full view). The folder was 1.18 TB with 44,200 files.I reduced the folder to 42,000 files totaling 1.04 TB, and everything is working properly again. Does this mean that Bridge is limited to folders of around 1 TB?
bridge prompts this message every time i open it‘Time Limit! You’ve reached your limit on adobe bridge 2026’i have to hit ignore for today so that i can work in it….sometimes it even freezes and does not let me do anything. How can i stop this?
Using the Adobe Custom Metadata extension, you can't copy or paste text from fields like a bag or single text. You can select the text in the relevant field, but copy/paste acts on the selected image instead. This causes the user to duplicate images instead of trying to copy a metadata value from one image to others. This massively reduces the useful of using the panel in conjunction with AEM or for any QA workflows.
When I filter files then select the filtered files and move them with drag and drop to another folder in the folders window Bridge freezes so that I need to kill it.When I select the filtered files and then press the x Button on the filtered files view to return to the full unfiltered folder view the files are still selected and I can move them by drag and drop without problems.
Start Bridge and connect the camera, then select Import. Photos all show up as JPG so when selected for down load they get named as duplicates
Any version of my Adobe Bridge 2025 and 2026 crashing during launch. The problems was started from 2026 version and i found a solution installing the older version. Now i have the same problem with both versions.Attach a crash report.
In the Content panel, the thumbnail of MOV files is blue/purple.See the attached screenshot.
Once I starting using a CFexpress Type-B card after a Nikon D850 Firmware update, I've noticed that when I upload new files via Bridge, not all of the files are being read.As an example, I shot 32 images this morning, but when I began uploading via Bridge, it read only 22.I have my Bridge programed to open up the Photo Downloader when I begin the process. But, when I open Photo Downloader first, then Bridge, all of the files I shot are correctly read. Has anyone else have/had this problem? Is there anything that can be done to sort this out?
Adobe Bridge photo downloader no longer works with my CFExpress Type B cards since the update to 2023. It also doesn't show the card as a source in the drop down list. When Windows 11 tries to autoplay I get an error message "Application not found".It worked fine in the previous verions of Bridge. The SD card works, and so does plugging in the camera via USB.
Insert CFexpress card into reader, nothing happens, image downloader ignores new card. Windows 11 Pro build 22621
Since version 15.1.1.729 I cannot dowlload files using Bridge. My memory card does not show up at all under the "get photos from camera". Win10 file explorer does, however see the card and files on it. Is there a fix to this? Thanks, Ed
Video files show no thumbnails in Adobe Bridge on my new Mac mini, (Goldengate 27.01) while photo thumbnails display normally. The same video files, on the same NAS, or on local desktop show thumbnails correctly in Bridge on an Intel iMac and on a Windows PC.SystemMac: Mac mini [M 6, [24 MB], macOS [Goldengate 27.01] Bridge: [16.0.x]. I also tried v15.x.x with the same result. Other Adobe apps installed: Photoshop, Media Encoder Files are on the Mac drive as well as the office NAS connected over wired Ethernet (SMB). The problem is the same when I copy a file to the Mac’s local drive.Video filesAll types, all source. both .mov and .mp4 What I’ve already triedPurged the cache for the folder and changed the cache location Raised “Do not process files larger than” to 10,000 MB Reviewed all thumbnail and video preferences Reset Bridge preferences Rolled back from Bridge 16 to 15.x.x Tested files both on the NAS and locally]Expected: Video thumbnails appear, as they do on the Intel iMac an
Since updating to the latest version of Photoshop and Camera Raw, the "Image Processor" batch script initiated in Bridge stops working when processing TIFF files with previously applied parameters in ACR. Instead of smooth batch processing in the background, the process freezes, and Adobe Camera Raw either forces an interactive window or interprets specific layer metadata/color profile information in the TIFF files as a required edit prompt. This completely disrupts established, automated, professional workflows. The exact same TIFF files processed without any issues in previous versions of Photoshop/ACR, and reverting to the older version immediately resolves the issue. This indicates a regression in how the latest ACR engine handles raster files during batch operations.Product and Version: Photoshop 27.10 / Camera Raw (latest version)Operating System: Windows 11 ProExpected Result: The image processor should sequentially batch convert TIFF files in the background, without launching th
I tried launching Photodownloader first, then plugged my Iphone 17 into the computer, and when I try to download the photos, Downloader crashes. I had the same issue with my iPhone 13 mini. I would share the entire crash report, but your system won’t let me as its too big.
IMac 2017 27” 8GB RAM 4GB GPU i5 Quad Core running Ventura 13.7.8The latest Camera Raw update made my Denoise feature no longer work. I use Bridge/Camera Raw to sort, short-list and edit my performance show photography work. Since the update, Bridge doesn’t work properly - I can no longer preview NEF files, they begin to disappear to greyed out before my eyes. Any that were labeled and short-listed are no longer viewable nor able to be opened in PS. They are also not able to be previewed in FINDER as an image thumbnail like normal - it just has the white box with NEF and I cannot organise/view them there either - it’s like whatever file I try do something with in Bridge has now completely corrupted their appearance and labels etc on them. I have deadlines and have lost many precious hours since this stupid update that has now rendered my Bridge useless and having to revert down to Camera Raw V17.2 to be able to use Denoise in LR I’d rather not have to start this whole process again usi
I’m posting here out of frustration. I just purchased a new $1500 Microsoft Surface with the Snapdragon processor, and Adobe Bridge will not run properly on it.I’ve used Bridge since version 1, and I pay over $700 per year for my Creative Cloud license. On top of Bridge not working, several other CC apps still don’t run on Windows ARM, which makes the situation even worse. At this level of investment, core Adobe applications should be fully compatible with modern Windows ARM devices. This is a major issue for anyone relying on Adobe tools in a professional workflow. Please address this — it’s critical.
Weird jumping around of the screen when trying to move panels around in Br.Here’s a loom Here’s a screenshot in case you can’t view the loom. This happens when trying to drag a panel to a different spot in the application
When using Camera Raw, Photoshop used to launch when you selected “Open Object”, and load the images you were working on so you could do additional editing in Photoshop. Now if you select more than one image in Camera Raw, select “Open Object”, Photoshop launches; however, it does not load the images you want to edit. Viewing swatches from an InDesign file in the metadata panel - the swatch types are cut off on the right side. Some other things are cut off as well - the second screenshot is from preferences. I’m on a Mac. I have tried changing the interface scaling but it doesn’t make a difference.
