Bridge does not open large externar disks

I have a Terramaster with many 16tb disks. Most of time this cannot be opened. I see the little circle spinning but It cannot open the content of those disks. If I delete preferences I can open them but in a few days it happens again. With any other program I have no problem to open those large disks like ACDSEE or PhotoMechanic so it is an Adobe Bridge problem. It has been going for very long now with no solution

I cannot use bridge because my files are in the external disk enclosure and Bridge is unable to open thos large disks unless I rest everytime preferences
