Bridge 16.0.8.10 - Images Turn Black When Rating

There are two issues I am noticing:

The first is some of the images blackout when applying a rating (in this case 5 stars).  They will open properly but they go black once you rate them.

The second is Bridge is not quitting after opening About Bridge. It needs a Force Quit to get out of this screen.
