Adobe Bridge 16.0.5.19 on Windows 11 fails to display HEIC files when the parent folder name contains accented characters (e.g. "Fotografía"). Renaming it to "Fotografia" fixes the issue. Photoshop, Lightroom and Explorer work correctly.
