Adobe Bridge and Photoshop freezes every time I try to open a raw file. Latest version of both 2023.

Adobe Bridge and Photoshop 2023 and 2022 will freeze when opening a raw file. Some days it works, some other not. Did reinstall the creative suite, the latest versions and the newest, also updated my GPU drivers to the latest. Still not working. Have to exit the programs with task manager. Am on Windows 10 and have a Nvidia GTX 960M GPU. I need it to work. It has been going on since the second week of January 2023. Spent 4 hours with some technicien from Adobe who tried and did not succeed . Help!!! I need it to work. Thank you .

Same things for me! When I want to open camera raw filters, it freeze!!
Please dont say "update this, or that", I tried on many versions, and dont want to take last version of my OS
Always need to shutdown photoshop, but my work is recovered 1/100 times.
Please do something for this issue.

I have a similar problem. I open a JPG, convert it into a smart object and open it with Camera Raw. Camera Raw will freeze and I have to force quit Photoshop 2023. I'm working on a MacStudio M1 Max with Ventura 13.3.1.

Like Michel, I need it to work and it's super annoying.
