ARW and JPG files imported to different (Date)folders when importing from camera Sony A99 II

When importing RAW and JPG files from my Sony 99 II the two files of the same picture is sometimes sent to two different folders, even though they have the same timestamp. I have different time on PC, but they should still end up in the same folder.
