Bridge 15.1.2.737 Batch Renaming Rename In Same Folder NOT selectable Windows 10 Pro

When trying to do a Batch Rename, in window that pops up I am unable to select the Rename In Same Folder or Move to Other Folder options.

Copy to Other Folder is the only option available to select.

Am I missing a setting that got changed or did it get turned off in the latest update? I use this feature quite often (including last week, as in a few days ago) and this is the first time I've had this problem. I'm reading/using the files on an SD card. This is how I've always done it, without issue.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro Version 12H2
