Bridge 2023 keeps looking for Photoshop 2022, does not recognize Photoshop 2023 on Windows 10, works

Bridge does not open into PS 2023, keeps telling me it cannot find PS 2022. This is in Windows 10, works fine on my lower spec Windows 11 machine.
