Bridge does not display special characters and emojis in filename

Hello!
Starting in version 2023, Bridge stopped showing special characters and emojis in filenames and folders.
Could you please fix it?
The problem is present only in Windows, tested on several computers.
Everything is fine on the Mac.

    Displaying special characters worked in Bridge 2022, so hope it will be easy to fix.
