Bridge does not work with PSB format metadata

I noticed that when saving a PSB format file from Photoshop, that Bridge is not seeing the metadata. This would be a Photoshop bug as well, as when I check in Photoshop (File Info), the metadata are not there (sorry, I am referring to the IPTC metadata - camera metadata are indeed there). So, I enter the metadata in Photoshop and save the PSB file. I reopen it to check that it is there, and it is. But when I look at the file in Bridge, Bridge is not seeing the IPTC metadata.

    This may be part of a larger issue with Adobe formated files and metadata: I have a DNG file with metadata, Bridge reads the meta data with no issues. I created a PSD file and Bridge reads the metadata, no issues. From the PSD, I exported a JPG. Bridge reads the metadata no issues. I then import all three files into Lightroom Classic, and LrC will NOT read the metadata from the PSD, no matter what. LrC will indeed read the metadata from the DNG and the JPG files.
