Bridge doesn't apply rating to videos via keyboard in full screen preview

Bridge can apply ratings to still images by pressing 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 on the keyboard while in full screen preview. This doesn't work with videos. 
Bridge 16.0.0 on Windows 11

To repro:

- Have a set of photos and videos in a folder.

- Select a photo and press space bar to launch full screen preview.

- Press 1 to apply a 1 star rating.

- Press right arrow until you get to a video.

- Press 1 to apply a 1 star rating.

Result: The video's star rating doesn't change.

Expected: 1 star ratiung gets applied to the video just like it is for images.
