2• Bridge and Photoshop version
3• Is the issue specific to particular files/format?
4• File Path: Where are the files located?
5• Are other Photoshop "Tools" and the "Place In" option working?
6• Screenshot of Application tab in the Preferences dialog

Please share the screen recording and sample file/files on which you are observing the issue at sharewithbr@adobe.com and mention this thread.
