Bridge Thumbnails turning pink after scan

Thumbnails in Bridge (v. 15.1.1.729 on Windows Pro 10) are suddenly turning pink after scanning. Screen shots show thumbnails, then one of the scans open in Photoshop with coloring as it should be.

Color setting has been unchanged, Photoshop color settings.

Any clues?
