Can't drag downloaded file from Chrome to 'Content' panel 13.0.0562

Previous to the new version you could drag recently downloaded files from Chrome's bottom downloads bar straight to a folder in Bridge. Since the new update you can no longer do so (drag from Explorer is fine, seems to be confined to non-Explorer programs).

    Slightly more info on this - it works okay if you hold down 'ctrl'? Not sure why - you don't need to for Explorer, as mentioned; and it didn't work this way for the old version of Bridge.
