Content Panel Thumbnails go blank

After renaming files with Batch Rename, more than half of the thumbnails on the Content Panel go blank. When I click on a blank one it shows correctly in the Preview Panel. Running version 14.1.2.300 on MacBook macOS 14.6.1

1. Camera raw version that is being used.
2. Are you facing this issue with other bridge versions as well ?
