CR anouces failure with graphic processor and collapses

When I open images from Bridge in Camera Raw,, after a few images, CR anounces "irrecoverable error with the graphics processor" and then collapses.
If I open the same files in Photoshop and then in filter Camera Raw, everything works fine, as many images I am processing.
It seems to me, that Bridge/Camera Raw has a problem with handling the 16GB RAM on my AMD Radeon 6800 GPU.
