Drag and drop from zip file not working

Indeed, in version 13.0.2.636 it doesn't work when you drag the file (from inside of .zip archive in Windows 10) to 'Content'. It works only when you drop the file to 'Preview'.

In Bridge 2022 and CS6 we can both drag & drop file both to 'Preview' and 'Content' area.
