Drag from Bridge to Apple Mail no longer works.

Drag from Adobe Bridge 16.0.7.36 to an open message in Apple Mail 16.0 does not work.  Only a ? icon is put in the message.  I can drag to desktop, then drag to mail without a problem.  I am using macOS Golden Gate 27.0.  This worked before macOS 27 update.
