Editing EXIF time with 24h and/or AM-PM

When editing capture time there is no way to specify time in 24h or specify AM/PM, so for change time to 22:00:00 I have to set 10:00:00, and then verify if it asumed 10am or 10pm, if it asumed 10am I have to edit the hour individually and raise the value 12 times, and verify again.

Same problem here - big issue for us here in Europe.
We’d love to use Adobe Bridge as a photo library tool in our company. But this is a dealbreaker currently.

Same problem here. Not even a am/pm toggle to choose. Worst UI ever.

It is set to 24h, in any field on Bridge time is shown in 24h format, when editing time is shown in 12h but no AM/PM option.
