favorites

I have several files & templates in my Bridge favorites. It used to be when I clicked them, the file or template would open in the correct program. Now, sometimes I have to click in the content window or another item in the favorites list, and then click on my favorited file or template before it opens. Also, the back/forward (alt left, right) shortcuts no longer work.
