Could you please share the following details, so that we can understand this issue better?

Are you using a multi-monitor setup?
What is the scaling of the monitors, that you are working with?
Could you try the latest build: Version 13.0.3.693, if it fixes this issue?

I had this problem on mac. What "fixed" it was setting scaling back to small in the interface preferences. It seems the scaling doesn't just affect the font size.
