Generative Expand fails with CR2/CR3 in Camera Raw 18.2.1

**Description:**
In Camera Raw 18.2.1, **Generative Expand** fails with the message **“An error occurred”** when extending the canvas using the **Expand tool** on **Canon RAW files (CR2 and CR3)**.

**Steps:**
Open CR2/CR3 → Expand canvas → enable Generative Expand → click Generate.

**Result:**
Generation fails immediately with the error message. Occurs consistently with multiple RAW files.
