In the output setting panel. Cant change the colour in the Divider colour or footer colour

New Custom Profile
Header/Footers - Will allow me to change the header font colour. But not the divider or footer colours. 

Will allow me to open the colour picker, and input the new RGB and/or the HEX Value. But will not save the change. I hit ok. But it just reverts back to the same colour.
