When trying to copy-paste edit settings on Adobe Bridge 2023, I get the message "Camera Raw editing is not enabled; Camera Raw requires that a qualifying product has been licensed" even though I am subscribed to a Photography Plan, and have not encountered this issue before.Currently, I am able to open the RAW file (from Adobe Bridge) in Camera RAW, and copy the settings from there, then open the file where I want to paste the settings to and paste the settings there, but no way to copy a setting in Adobe Bridge, then select multiple RAW files in Bridge in order to paste the settings to multiple files.Edit: Using M1 Max Macbook Pro, with MacOS Ventura

Adobe Bridge 2023. Monterey 12.6.1. 1. Camera Data in the Metadata Panel does not display consistently unless ALL Workspaces Contain the Metadata Panel. Really only need the Metadata Panel in one workspace, but apparently this does not work.2. Hide Empty Fields is checked, but seems to not do anything. Empty Fields display anyway.3. Formerly I could display the Metadata Placard, or the Camera Data, or Both in the Metadata Panel. Now when display MetaData Placard is unchecked in preferences and metadata options are checked in Camera Data (exif) the Metadata Placard box rechecks itself the next time Bridge is started and displays anyway. Typically I do not use the Placard because it is duplicate information already in the Camera Metadata and takes up space when checking other types of files that are not images. But again, this does not seem currently to be a choice I can make.

After choosing all of the metadata options I want shown by default in "Preferences" and selecting "Expand All" to see these choices for each image at all times these settings are not being saved when Bridge is shutdown. I have to go back and click "Expand All" each time I fresh start Bridge. This used to work fine in 12.x. I use specific metadata all the time and would like it to be shown by default each time I run Bridge and select a file. I created my own custom template thinking that would work but this does not fix the mentioned problem.

Mouse-Over file information windows stays on window after moving mouse away:When you move the mouse cursor over a image thumbnail in Bridge, a information windows pops up, in some cases they WILL stay even if the mouse has been moved away.Once they stay, they will also stay on top if you navigate around in bridge, even if you change the window to another application, the window stays on top, which is not only annoying, but seriously hindering work.

After using Adobe Bridge for a while the mouse pointer disappears. When I move off of the Bridge window it reappears when hovering above other windows for other programs open. Closing Bridge and re-opening makes the pointer appear again. Even though the mouse pointer is invisible if I can 'guess' where the mouse is pointing I can still click on the functions in Bridge. The mouse pointer is 'there' just not visible.

When I turn off the Metadata Placard, it reappears when I reopen Bridge. I'd like it to stay hidden.Windows 11

I'm not enjoying the new layout of Essentials. When i right click on a file(in windows) and open in adobe bridge it will open the last thing i was working on and not the file if right clicked on like it has done for the last 15 years or so. Also when i delete a file its very unresponsive at going back to the next file. Or when i delete 2 images it won't go back at all untill i press an arrow key which isn't great for my workflow and slows me down.

In bridge 13.0.0.562 multiple thumbnails are presented for a single file. Also when selected they are counted as multiple files

Bridge 2023. Folder Cruising is available until I change Workspaces. Then it disappears. Happens on multiple computers. To get Folder Cruising back requires quitting and restarting Bridge. This is bad. Please Fix ASAP.

Bridge 13.0.0562 no longer has a reasonable (to these old eyes) background color. Both of the darks are much too dark and the "light" is blindingly bright. What happened to the soothing photo grey background that was available in previous versions????

Since the latest update Adobe Bridge is not able to import any photos. It does not recognize the Sandisk SDDR USB with my files.

I have lots of INDT shortcuts in my favourites panel. Sometimes these work as they used to - click them and they open in InDesign. More often though they don't - just, nothing happens. And it's not obvious what makes them work or not.

I like to open multiple DNG files directly from bridge. I select them in bridge, say open, and it goes into camera raw. Then I select all and press open. Since downloading the newest version, I cannot open the DNG files in this way. I have to open them by clicking on the thumbnail in bridge, and say "open with Adobe Photoshop 2023" then it will open. Just an extra step, but maybe a bug?

Unsable to open new merged DNG direct out of Camera Raw in Photoshop. Error: "Could not open "file.dng" becuase the file-format module cannot parse the file"If I first close Camera raw and open the new DNG again, it opens in Photoshop perfectly.

The fact that there is no category for User Interface in general is telling. The new version UI is horrible beyond words. Multiple scroll bars. between the Preview and content panels is BULLSHIT and they don't work properly. This is so bad I won't use it and Bridge was a key part of my workflow. Obviously you didn't consult anyone who actually uses the program. Capture One is now my go-to application. And why do I have to create another account that's different from my adobe account to provide an entry here. More bullshit - ever heard of single sign on.

Bridge was automatically updated to version 13.0.0.562 last night and, while most of the changes look good one represents a serious problem... at least as far as I'm concerened.I use workspaces a lot to change the view of the folder I'm currently working in but the new behaviour of workspaces seems to be to save the folder being viewed, so when I activated a workspace it goes to the folder saved with that workspace.While I can see this being useful in some situations for the most part it has completely ruined the funcutionality of workspaces.I want to see the sort order change, the panels update, for it to switch from a list to thumbnail view but I DON'T want it to suddenly change to a different folder being viewed.I have searched through preferences and cannot see a way to change this behaviour... it seems we are stuck with it!Please revert to the previous behaviour... this is close to being a deal-breaker for me.

Whenever I go to create a new "Smart Collection" the "Source- Look in" will not save to "Use Current Folder". It reverts to the current folder I am in when I am creating the smart collection. This has never been an issue until the update that was made on October 20, 2022. Help!

When renaming an existing folder or a "new folder", the error message "The system cannot find the file specified" after pressing 'Enter' to commit to the change. This error message appears twice, once after committing to the change, and once after pressing 'OK' on the error message. Alternatively, if clicking on an empty space on the window to commit to the change, the click acts as a multi-file/folder selector, until the mouse is clicked again.

I nstalled Bridge 2023 (Win 10, GPU active, River 7i core), and I like several new features. However, multiple information panels open that persists across different applications; they cannot be dismissed. I have attached several examples. They only disappear when Bridge is closed. Sometimes 1, and as many as 5.Any ideas?Mike
