kdrive

Hello,
I use a cloud program called Kdrive, from Infomaniak swiss company, and I have a problem, when I try to open the folder Kdrive, Bridge crashes, when I have no problem with other folders on my MacBook. I sent a message to Infomaniak Kdrive developers, and they invite me to allow access for their application, and all is good. Can you help me for this ?
