Mouse Scroll Wheel Sluggish (Windows 11)

There is still delay between user input and the application.
Navigating remains brutally sluggish.

We have made some optimizations to the scrolling performance, and these improvements are available in Adobe Bridge Beta Version 15.0.1.409.

It's just as bad for me with Windows 10. I started version 14, scrolling is smooth here.
Please adjust or enable a setting!!!
