Moving the bottom edge of the crop tool in (Camera Raw window) is suddenly too close to lifting the filmbar

Don’t know why but all of a sudden today when I select the crop tool in Camera Raw (from Bridge) trying to lift the crop tool bottom edge, keeps grabbing the top of the filmbar located below.
You have to be very very specific now which is a pain
