MP4 Files deletion

I use Bridge to hard edit my files (first pass after loading them onto PC). When I try and delete an MP4 file I get an dialouge box that says "calculating size". Then nothing happens. The PC does not hang and I can cancel the box.

I have left it for 30mins+ and nothing happens.
