New Folder error message

When renaming an existing folder or a "new folder", the error message "The system cannot find the file specified" after pressing 'Enter' to commit to the change. This error message appears twice, once after committing to the change, and once after pressing 'OK' on the error message. Alternatively, if clicking on an empty space on the window to commit to the change, the click acts as a multi-file/folder selector, until the mouse is clicked again.
