Photoshop Script Turning JPGs Blue on Export

Steps to reproduce the issues
Tools-->Photoshop-->Image Processor
Bridge asks to install Photoshop script

Operating System
Window 11

Expected result
JPGs should be as viewed on screen

Actual result
JPGS have a pale blue tint

This still happens even after I disable the script in Bridge.

This still happens even when I don't go through Bridge. Now when I export directly from Photoshop through "saves as," the image still has blue tint.

I have to reinstall Photoshop to get it back to working correctly (no blue tint).
