Scrolling picture by picture disabled? I want to advance to next pic with single tick of mouse wheel

Make it scroll like it did with 2022. With large thumbnails, a single mouse wheel 'tick' goes to next picture, not the fluid motion it is now. ( or at least tell me how to change the setting.. not finding any help with multiple searches ). Using arrrow keys won't work because I cant use the left mouse button to select multiple images to assign keywords.
