Shortcuts no longer work in Bridge 2023

If you made a shortcut to a different folder via Windows File Explorer, the new version of Bridge won't open it. You click and nothing happens. Also, the icon is the same as a normal folder, instead of using the shortcut icon. We use a lot of subfolders in our file system and not having the shortcuts work and look different is throwing a lot of us off.
